I Might Be Going Silent/Dark For A While

I am not depressed, not lonely, not suicidal at this moment.

I’m going to go silent because I’m pissed off at Time Warner Cable. They are literally loosing the money I paid and “cannot find it”. I have been calling and complaining about this for months, but it still has not been resolved.

I’m at the breaking point where I’m going to go silent because I am about to cancel my internet and all service with them. I cannot get any other internet here because the only other company which is around here is AT&T, who for almost 6 months refused to cancel my iphone plan when I lost my iphone.

Summary of that: I lost my iphone Nov 31st 2013. I called them that night to cancel the plan. I got a bill in the mail each month for the “service” I was still apparently using, which I couldn’t of because my phone was gone. Literally on my birthday (in April) I got another bill which I called them and told them I’ll pay that one, only that one, and that if I get billed again I’m getting a lawyer to sue them for harassment because I’ve been canceled for months. I made sure to write down all the name of all the representatives, call times, and exactly what they told me as well as recording a few conversations myself. I stopped getting billed/called then.

Now Time Warner is doing the same type of thing. We have been costumers for years but that apparently means squat. So I’m going to walk into a TWC store and give them my bank notice which is proof my money was deducted from my bank. If they don’t help me there then I’m canceling and going dark/silent on everything but cell phone.

I can do internet only at school, which Internet sucks and I have a terrible laptop that hits 100% CPU just by turning it on. So I probably won’t be updating on any art for the foreseeable future if this happens, do any streams, or upload any animations/Let’s Plays I’m working on.

Hopefully this is not my last entry here off my cell phone, but it just might be. God this is stressful...
